Delivery and returns

Delivery

All orders excluding custom orders received before 12.00pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after then will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on the following Monday. For the UK expect shipping of 2-3 working days. Shipping to Europe please expect 5-7 working days. International shipping please expect 7-10 working days.

Estimated Delivery

If you would like clarification on shipping prices or times please contact us at info@palmbayskates.com. International customers may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@palmbayskates.com if you have not received your order within the allocated time or you have any other questions.

 

International Customers

We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. International delivery times vary depending on destination – for more information email us - info@palmbayskates.com

 

Returns

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return undamaged and unworn items for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. If you are seeking an exchange please email us at info@palmbayskates.com and let us know your request so we can hold the stock for you. If we are out of stock in that style you can always exchange for another style. Please return unwanted goods or goods for exchange to:

You must use a tracked delivery service to ensure easy confirmation of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.
